Skinny Mint Protein Shake

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients:

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

5 frozen dark cherries

5 ice cubes

½ cup water

½ cup unsweetened almond milk

4 drops (approx. ½ tsp) peppermint extract

½ of one mini candy cane, crushed (optional, for garnish)

Blend all ingredients in a blender and top with ¼ of a crushed candy cane, if desired.
