Stop by Mather Hospital on Monday, Nov. 7 for our Fall Blood Drive. The blood drive will be held from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm in Conference Rooms 3, 4 and 5. No appointment is necessary.
Donated blood can be separated into individual components to save multiple lives, according to the New York Blood Center. Donors help meet the daily transfusion needs of cancer and surgery patients, accident and burn victims, newborns and mothers delivering babies, AIDS and sickle cell anemia patients, and more. Each pint of blood collected can help three patients.
