PORT JEFFERSON, NY – Learn how to live tobacco free with a FREE six-week smoking cessation class at Mather Hospital sponsored by the Suffolk County Department of Health.
The classes are held Thursday evenings at 6pm beginning July 21.
Stress management techniques, behavior modification, and relaxation techniques are some of the skills needed to stay tobacco free. Development of these techniques will be covered, and cessation medication will be provided for a nominal fee.
