Justin Stroker, BSN, RN has been named to the new position of Director for Patient and Customer Experience at Mather Hospital.
In his new role, Stroker will help further develop the customer service culture at Mather and educate the staff as to the Hospital’s values and behaviors of customer care. “I’ll be helping the hospital improve the patient experience, working with all staff at all levels,” he said.
Stroker has worked at Mather for three years as an RN in the Intensive Care and 3 North patient units. He also played an instrumental role in the hospital’s Magnet re-designation and this past December participated in Mather’s team for Northwell’s Annual Safe Patient Handling Olympics. Prior to joining Mather he worked at Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn.
Stroker received his BSN from Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn. He and his wife, Alison, live in Bayport.
