In the past five years Mather has enhanced its ability to perform complex surgeries in neurosurgery, thoracic surgery and orthopedics, performing more than 13,000 surgeries per year. Providing the most advanced surgical suites allows our staff to innovate and save lives. We will construct two new surgical operating suites that will provide an optimal environment for our surgeons to use the latest robotically assisted surgical technology and to perform more complex and challenging surgeries. As the region’s first Robotic Center of Excellence, Mather Hospital has a track record of successfully integrating advanced surgical technology. These suites will help us to further enhance safety and improve patient outcomes.
By utilizing imaging and robotics, and improving patient navigation with these larger innovative ORs, Mather is defining the future of surgical care.
