Weekly Hours: Full Time (37.5 hrs/wk)
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:00PM *Includes rotation to holidays.
Duties:
Provide level 1 Help desk and applications support to assist computer systems users. Provide timely and effective communication with vendors’ support staff and IS Analysts. Open and dispatch tickets for users in Help Desk System. Monitor interface engine display for possible issues. Deliver and setup audio visual carts and provide technical support for webinars. Assist in maintaining a neat, safe and secure computer facility. Notify user departments if system problems arise. Provide telephone switchboard operator functions when switchboard is not staffed.
Qualifications:
Understanding of PC architecture is required. Experience with maintaining a computer facility preferred. Must be able to work independently and manage workload, while responding to users’ needs for assistance.
