Transitional Pain Consult Program
This program was created for our patients who may suffer from chronic pain requiring long-term use of opioid medication, as well as our patients who may struggle with the disease of addiction. This one-to-one, telehealth visit with an Integrative Pain Management Nurse Practitioner will allow you to discuss your pain concerns and pre-surgery medication management with a clinical expert. Through a careful review of your unique situation and shared decision making, this consultation will help you feel more confident in your post-surgery pain management plan. This program may be enhanced by participating in the My Surgery Success Program.
