Aetna, Affinity, Agewell, Centerlight Health, Cigna, Elderplan, Emblem Health, Empire, Empire Health Plus, Fidelis, Healthfirst, Humana, Magnacare, Multiplan, Northwell Direct, Partners Health Plan, Senior Whole Life, Sunrise Advantage Plan, United Healthcare, Wellcare.
The contracts range in daily reimbursement from $412/day to $2,151/day depending on the acuity of the patient and services provided.
