The Total Joint Replacement Program at John T. Mather Memorial Hospital will offer a free informational evening seminar on Wednesday, March 16, 2016 from 6:30-9 pm at the Arbors Assisted Living in Islandia.
Orthopedic surgeons will discuss the different conditions that lead to joint deterioration and pain, and the surgical options available for hip, knee and shoulder replacement, including high-precision, robotic-assisted partial knee replacement. The seminar also will cover pre- and post-operative care, rehabilitation, insurance and other related topics. A question and answer period will follow.
